TELUS Mobility Uses Popular Seasonal Program to Say Thank You
Every year TELUS Mobility would reach out and offer their customers a personalized reward to thank them for being a TELUS client. Through segmentation analysis TELUS would identify high value customers and used the PERKS Program to engage customers through email inviting them to select a personalized thank you reward. Customers could visit the PERKS program portal where they were presented with different choices based on their segment. Some customers could select from exclusive offers such as tickets, gifts and gift cards from TELUS partners including Purdy’s and Cineplex, while others could select from ring tones, the annual TELUS calendar, among other items. This high volume program would see up to 300,000 redemptions per day, with over 2 million customer redemptions annually.
