Careers: Junior Account Coordinator
Reporting to the VP, Client Services, in this role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer care for various clients while playing a supporting role to Producers and Account Managers on staff. You will take full accountability for delivery of customer care within the service-level agreement for each client. You will need to build excellent working relationships with RewardStream’s Client Services, Development and Sales teams.
In order to be a successful candidate, you are quick-thinking, analytical, and a problem-solver. You are a people person, quick on your feet and have a “customers first” attitude. An interest in moving into an account management or client services role with a broader range of client responsibilities in the future is what we’re looking for.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Care
- Analyze customer inquiries to figure out best solution and response
- Deliver email-based customer care in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure necessary information is updated in the customer care management system
- Prepare and deliver monthly customer care reports on cases, status and escalations
- Proactively identify areas for improvement to client programs to reduce customer incidents and improve products and solutions
- Producer / Account Management
- Provide account coordination and support for Account Managers and Producers as required
Required skills and experience:
- Experience working with customers – no, really enjoy working with customers!
- Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
- New grad or junior person who is interested in moving into an Account Management or other Client Services role in the future
- Ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities and teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com an asset
- Great written and verbal communication skills
