Jr. Systems Analyst
Reporting to the VP, Client Services, you will be responsible for configuring client programs using our Loyalty and Recommendation products, writing and maintaining SQL queries and views in an Oracle environment, and developing reports and dashboards in QlikView. You will work as part of the Client Services team interpreting documented business requirements into functioning Loyalty and Recommendation programs, and the data-related tools used by our clients. You’ve dabbled in programming, or web development, and you know your way around a database. You pick things up quickly and can think up innovative solutions to complex problems. Sr. QA Analyst
Reporting to the VP, Client Services, in this role you will be responsible for the overall quality of digital marketing initiatives consisting of recommendation marketing, loyalty and customer engagement solutions and our ever-evolving Loyalty Products. You will work as part of the Client Services team, creating comprehensive test cases, performing thorough tests, and logging detailed defects, and taking full accountability for overall release quality. Director, Product Management
Reporting to the CTO, in this role you will be responsible for the product direction of our
Lifecycle Marketing Solution Suite, including our Spark Recommendation Marketing Solution.
You will lead both our product planning and product marketing: including managing the product
throughout the product lifecycle; gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements;
defining the product vision; and working closely with the R&D team to deliver winning

Junior Account Coordinator
Reporting to the VP, Client Services, in this role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer care for various clients while playing a supporting role to Producers and Account Managers on staff. You will take full accountability for delivery of customer care within the service-level agreement for each client.
