We are currently looking to engage a proven Client Director with a passion for helping clients acquire and engage high value customers with solutions executed via leading-edge digital, social, and mobile technologies. Account & Relationship Management:
- Full accountability for all successes and failures of your client accounts
- Champion the Quarterly Program Assessments; prepare final content on, overall program & client health, actual against forecast, ROI, program functionality against industry and comparable program benchmarks
- Achieve positive Quarterly Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction scores in-line with targets set by the RewardStream leadership
- Collaborate with client during the account planning cycles to ensure that the value of the RewardStream relationship is represented and that funds are allocated to RewardStream initiatives
- Anticipate change within client organizations and ensure the positive perception of RewardStream continues as a result of such change
- When issues are raised mediate between the client and implementation teams, managing internal and external expectations to ensure a mutually beneficial client and RewardStream outcome is achieved
- Drive the negotiation process with the best interests of both the client and RewardStream in mind. Ensure all client contract and legal documentation is updated and accurately reflects the business relationship.
Business Strategy:
- Understand the client's core business strategy and uncover new ways to support and deliver that strategy through exemplary account & relationship management at all levels of the client's organization
- Set program goals, KPI's and success metrics that will drive program health and client satisfaction
- Become the client's vertical specialist in business matters and industry trends for loyalty and recommendation marketing programs
- Acquire approvals from the client to use them in case studies, award applications and as references for other client work
Business Management:
- Accurately forecast, maintain and grow revenues & gross margin from the existing installed client base
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years Client Director experience from a marketing-centric (ideally digital) agency or business consultancy
- Demonstrable experience in relationship management and account management with close involvement in the delivery of work as well as growing a service offering within the account
- Exceeding gross margin and revenue target throughout the full lifecycle; sales through implementation to deployment and ongoing support
- Proven ability to deliver thought leadership and cutting-edge digital, social, and mobile solutions to clients
- Confident, forward thinker with a passion for client satisfaction and accountability
- Team player with a positive and dynamic personality, excellent leadership abilities and the strong strategic skills to turn ideas into innovation
- A BS, BA, MS, MA, MBA or PhD is not required; however, your advanced negotiation, verbal & written communication and organizational skills will be assessed at interview
- Loyalty or social marketing experience is not essential but would be considered an asset
