In his role as VP Client Services for RewardStream, Joel is responsible for all client service delivery, including strategic account management, implementation services, and client satisfaction. Before joining RewardStream he was VP Technology at Blast Radius, a global digital media agency operating in the USA, Canada, UK, and throughout Continental Europe as part of WPP. In this role he managed a staff of over 100 Developers, QA and Systems Engineers throughout the production hubs of Vancouver, Toronto, and Amsterdam; previously he was Director of Technology for Western North America (USA & Canada). Prior to joining Blast Radius he worked with the UK's AKQA, a leading innovator in digital marketing, and at Accenture, one of the world's leading IT & management consultancies.
