In his role as CEO, Peter has been a driving force behind the company’s brand promise, leading the company on its journey to becoming the leading provider of smart and fast loyalty programs.
Peter has more than a decade of experience in the development of customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs for global blue-chip companies. Peter has designed, launched and managed dozens of B2B, Channel, and B2C loyalty programs serving the financial services, telecommunication, technology, retail, travel, and hospitality industries. Prior to co-founding RewardStream, Peter worked developing loyalty programs both client-side and agency-side, and also worked with Bain & Company, a prominent management consulting firm, on assignments in Canada, the US, Australia, and Hong Kong.
As a frequent traveler and avid student of the loyalty program space, Peter has joined and actively participates in over 20 loyalty programs. “By participating in many programs across diverse verticals and geographies, I get to “walk a mile” in the shoes of the program member and experience the good, the bad, and the ugly. This learning allows us to conduct human experiments on how we can help to improve program effectiveness.”
