Some of you may have noticed that RewardStream recently added a chat tool to our website. I’ve used similar tools in previous roles, and this time we chose Drift (from the great folks at …er… Drift) to engage with our leads and prospects as they browse our site.
We are fortunate to have some great content that draws in a lot of visitors and converts well. But we’re always looking for ways to increase our conversion rates. We believe that it’s important to engage with the prospects that visit us in the moment. Many of our visitors just want a couple of simple questions answered, without having to fill in a form to wait for our response. As a solution, we decided to implement Drift and use it to chat with our prospects in real time.
The Drift team themselves are a wonderful bunch. They made it very easy for us to learn how the tool works, and walked us through the implementation. The results so far have been amazing. In fact, when we shared our story with them and they wrote up a little case study on our experience.
